I also loved the level of detail you provided about the menstrual cycle. It really helped students better understand their bodies and encouraged self-advocacy by paying attention to how they feel physically and emotionally. Explaining why they may feel certain ways during different phases of their cycle, along with practical self-care reminders - like recognizing when their body needs more rest or sleep - made the information relatable, empowering, and useful in everyday life.
